Bringing your own media (Windows only)
Preparation
- (1)
- Media: USB flash memory or CD-R only
- (2)
- Application: Windows10 or earlier, PowerPoint 2016 or later
- (3)
- Font: Standard Windows fonts only
- (4)
- Video files: Playable using Windows Media Player and copied to a single folder
- (5)
- Once your data is ready, do a virus check and check that it displays correctly on a different computer.
- (6)
- The screen aspect ratio is 16:9.
Presentation process
- (1)
- Complete registration at the PC preview center no later than 30 minutes prior to your presentation time.
- (2)
- Use the mouse and keyboard provided while checking your presentation on the monitor on the podium during your presentation.
- (3)
- The resolution of the projector is Full HD (1920×1080).
- (4)
- The Secretariat will ensure that the data is disposed of after your presentation.
- (5)
- Please name your presentation file as follows: “[presentation number]_[presenter full name]”.
Ex. Presentation number: MO-000 your name: Tom Smith
→ File name: “MO-000_TomSmith.pptx”.
Using your own computer (Windows and Macintosh)
Preparation
- (1)
- Carefully check the output connector for an external display and if needed, bring your own connection adaptor.

- The resolution of the projector is Full HD (1920×1080).
- (3)
- Bring your own AC adaptor.
- (4)
- In case of connection problems, bring a backup copy of your presentation on USB flash memory or CD-R.
Presentation process
- (1)
- After testing your presentation at the PC preview center at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation time, bring your computer to the computer operator desk in the venue you are assigned no later than 20 minutes prior to your presentation time.
- (2)
- Turn off all screen savers and energy saving modes to ensure your computer does not turn off during your presentation.
- (3)
- The technician at the computer operator desk will connect your computer to the projector.
- (4)
- You will use the mouse and keyboard provided while checking your presentation on the monitor on the
- (5)
- The resolution of the projector is Full HD (1920×1080).
- (6)
- Collect your computer from the computer operator desk after your presentation.
