Meeting guideline
- JET2022 will be held as a hybrid meeting, with some programs being live streaming, while others will be held onsite.
- The term of the meeting and the programs you can attend differ between onsite and live streaming participation.

Registration
- Registration must be made through the online event platform Eventhub.
(The system of Eventhub will also be used for confirmation of on-site attendance and live streaming.) - Due to the payment system, only credit card payments will be accepted.

How to proceed with the registration
- Click on the “Registration” button below and access the Eventhub ticket list page.
- Select the appropriate ticket (0 to 1 in the pull-down menu) and click "OK".
- Fill in the required information and click "Agree and proceed".
- Fill in your credit card information and click "Purchase".
- After completing the payment, registration completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
How to issue the receipt
- Click "Go to My Page" in the registration completion e-mail to access the login page.
- Log in with your e-mail address and password to My Page.
- Click the registrant's name displayed in the upper right corner of My Page, and select "My Tickets".
- Click on "Receipt”.
Cancellation of Registration
- Please note that no refunds will be made for any reason after payment has been made.
- If you change your participation means from on-site to Live streaming, no refund will be made for the balance.
